Our virtues and our failings are inseparable, like force and matter. When they separate, man is no more. ~Nicola Tesla
Truss Designs for Bridges
Students, you may use this image to finish your practice sheet of truss designs. You will have one blank space on the front of your worksheet when you are finished. That is OK.
When you are finished the front, complete the two designs on the back in more detail with supporting truss configurations in the boxes below the bridge deck. Remember what you have been learning about bridges and where they get their strength when you give the rationals for your favorite two designs.
